Our Story
We’ve seen many changes since our establishment in 1948 as a mission congregation of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod.
Our passion is to close the gap between the life we live and the life we’re called to. We believe God has called us to go into uncharted territories and bring to them the kingdom of God.

Retirement Celebration
Please join us this Sunday, October 6, immediately following the Sunday morning service, to celebrate Sheila Eichert's nearly 30 years of service with our Neighborhood Outreach Ministry. Praying many blessings for Sheila and Stephan in this new season of life!
Prayer Opportunities
Throughout the week, we offer several different opportunities for you to join together in prayer. All prayer services are held in the Chapel.
Sundays, we pray for the service, Tuesdays, we pray for the Charlotte Crusade, Wednesdays, we pray for our pastors, church, and our nation, and on Thursdays, we pray for the lost and prodigals. Please join us!
New Nursing Mother’s Room
Starting this Sunday, October 6, we have relocated our Nursing Mother's Room from upstairs to the Infant Nursery on the first floor; and a TV has been provided so you can watch the service.
Out of the Ashes
Come join the Out of the Ashes Foundation as they share the love of Jesus and offer hope to families who have experienced pregnancy loss, infant loss, or infertility. This year's 5K and Remembrance Walk will be held on October 12, from 4-8pm, beginning at East City Church in Charlotte. Click here to learn more, register, or join a team!
Clean Up Day
Saturday, October 5, from 9-10am, we will be cleaning up our neighborhood. Come join us as we seek to serve our neighbors and bless this community.
